I was taken with the contrast between the squiggle of the sculpture and the vertical lines of the plants. I like it better in black & white - in color it all gets lost in the shrubs. I wish I'd corrected for the hillside, and I need to work on the adjustments in B&W. D90, f/11, 1/25, matrix metering, ISO 400.
I love this in black and white. It looks very alien and sci-fi. I don't think it would have the same effect in color. I agree with your comment on the background. Cool shot!
